Online Check-In
90 days before your cruise you will be able to check-in with Royal Caribbean. Check-in online! It’s easy. When you check-in online, it saves time. You won’t have to fill out any forms at the pier. When you and your party arrive, you’ll just need your signed SetSail pass, identification documents, and credit card that you register online.
First, gather the following information for all the guests you’re checking in:
- Ship, sailing date and Royal Caribbean reservation number
- Passport or appropriate proof of citizenship and identification
- Home address
- Emergency contact name with phone number
- Travel plans before and after your cruise
- Credit card for the Onboard Expense Account
Once you have completed your online check-in you will be prompted to print your “Set-Sail Pass” as well as luggage tags.
Cruise Planner
There’s so much to experience on a Royal Caribbean International cruise and we want to make sure you make the most of your time with us. Cruise Planner is available to help you pre-plan your vacation right after you’ve booked your cruise. Now you can plan ahead and reserve shore excursions, book specialty dining, schedule spa treatments and more on your tablet or computer from the comfort of your home.
Board your cruise relaxed and worry-free.
Depending on the length of time between booking and your cruise some elements may not be available to book. I suggest booking your My Time Dining reservations as soon as possible. You can always adjust and make new reservations once onboard.
On Oasis class ships (Harmony, Allure, Oasis & Symphony of the Seas) there is wonderful entertainment onboard that can’t be missed! These shows require a ticket i order to reserve a good seat. There are always options once onboard but prime times and seating will be limited.
Check in the Cruise Planner under the Entertainment section to book shows including headliner musicals, Aqua-Theater shows, and Ice skating shows. If the shows are not let available check back often!
